A chilly October morning at Smecky Studios in Prague was the start of the recording sessions for Channel 4’s sizzling period drama Indian Summers, starring Julie Walters and Henry Lloyd-Hughes
. Olga and fellow AIR engineer Nick Wollage between them recorded and mixed Stephen Warbeck’s score for 10 hour-long episodes, featuring orchestras recorded in the UK and Prague, as well as some of the UK’s finest Indian music specialists, including sarod-player Soumik Datta, and vocalist Ambica Jois. Olga and Nick are now working on the music for series 2, set to air in 2016.
